Responsibility

- Provides efficient Order 2 Cash services targeted at the achievement of the balance sheet business parameters.

-         Manages, develops and controls compliance to the SMU credit policy.

-         Prepares, approves and reviews credit limit proposals from the SMU.

-         Manages and develops credit management reports.

-         Monitors credit risk/opportunity with customers.

-         Visits customers for credit risk screening.

-         Manages, develops and implements targets for Operating Working Capital (overdue management and DSO related).

-         Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in credit control, accounts receivable.

- Knowledge of credit risk management, collection skills, LC negotiation, debt recovery.

- Good communication skill, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of company personnel and with customers at all levels of dollar exposure.

- Good knowledge and experience with data-processed reports and strong analytical skills.

- Strong business and customer service mind set.

- Ability to work independently and with peers to raise the performance level of credit and collection function.

- High fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
