Responsibility

-- Establish, maintain and develop customer relationships, together and under the management of the Sales & Marketing Manager, EMEA&I, EA, with agents or/distributors, business partners, internal/external stakeholders as required.

- Continuously monitor market behaviour (i.e. pricing, competitive climate, changes/shifts) and communicate with the rest of the team.

- Together with the Customer Service team in Stenungsund, be the link between the customers and EA’s supply chain processes regarding sales order fulfilment.

- Follow up forecasted volumes with actual and proactively contact customers in case of deviations.

- Monitor and handle customs declarations.

- Handle complaints and deviations in our complaint system

- Contact the domestic carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue shipping instructions and delivery of materials

- Rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications

- Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors

- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross-functionally

- Coordinate with sBU service departments as required, accounts, credit control, logistics, production, customer service and technical.

- Carry out and take responsibility for relevant and job-related tasks assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager, EMEA&I, EA.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- University degree or corresponding experience/competence

- Customer Service oriented

- Good knowledge in English and preferably additional language

- Process understanding of ERP system (SAP)

- Skills in MS office package

- Knowledge about transportation of dangerous goods

- Knowledge about payment and INCO terms

- Good knowledge about payment terms, Letter of Credits and Bank guarantees etc
