Responsibility

 
1. Define and recommend training requirements after assessing the development needs of the sales team.
2. Providing in field coaching to develop the Functional Competency of the Field Sales force starting from offrole manpower to Managers
3. Defines and manages maintenance, revision or retirement recommendations for learning curricula using Learning and development processes
4. Consults with subject matter experts and stakeholders on learning and development implications of potential business decisions and on gap analysis between current performance and business goals and requirements.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Ability to visualize end to end process
2. Demonstrate ability to collaboratively and successfully lead cross-functional projects/ initiatives through strong project management skills
3. Demonstrate ability to effectively observe sales behavior and provide specific, constructive coaching feedback that improves results
4. Demonstrate ability to view problems, issues and needs from a customer’s perspective; incorporating creative problem solving techniques to identify appropriate solutions
5. Total experience of 8 – 10 years with Prior experience in handling Distributors and experience in the Paint industry
