Responsibility

1. Process customer orders in MFG, check ERP systems to make sure orders works well;
2. Work with customer service/supply chain etc. functional depts. to make sure on time in full delivery, work out the solution with related functions if any issues;
3. Support to provide good order service to customer, follow up the consumption of MTO stock;
4. Assist to do data collection and analysis of COS relevant;
5. Deal with the paperwork of COS and maintain the KA profile;
