For our SMU Specialty Coatings in Stuttgart we are currently looking for a


Quality Coordinator (m/f)
 
Responsibility:
- Maintenance and improvement of quality system
- Maintain, improve and ensure accomplishment of certification programs
- Coordination of internal and external complaints to ensure an efficient execution of corrective and preventive actions
- Follow customer complaints, claim resolution and support internal complaint treatment
- Perform internal audits at European level and participate in external audits (customer or certification)
- Reporting of quality KPI’s, implementing mechanisms and performing analysis

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Job Requirements:
- University or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Engineering preferred
- Strong background (at least 5 years) in Quality Management and solid experience in Quality Assurance
- Min. 2 years of experience in Project Management desired
- Good experience in Kaizen, 8D, APQP, FMEA and 5S
- Must display high level customer service ability
- Strong interpersonal skills (high motivation, driven to exceed goals, constantly learning and improvement)
- Solid communication skills in English, any other European language is an advantage
