Key Contributions level I 
-  Identify shortcomings in current internal processes and procedures from own discipline; ensures data integrity

- Gives input into the development of policies, procedures and guidelines

- Keep up with internal developments in own field of expertise

- Contribute to (sub) projects; manage technical support activities

- Formulate and present possible solution directions and issue advice at request

- Supports the internal customer with regards to the safe use and handling of AkzoNobel products

Key Contributions level II
- Processes: suggest improvements
Co)- develops policies, procedures and guidelines 

- Ensure transfer and retention of knowledge

- Contributes to the execution of the PSRA support activities 

- Evaluate, validate and populate data source 

- Maintain up to date and accurate files 

-  Ensure regulatory compliance by updating the PSRA tools 

-  Resolve and respond to internal customer enquiries in an accurate and timely fashion 

- Support key regulatory areas such as food contact, VOC, biocidal registrations, classification, labeling, functional application management or raw material data management 

- Ensure data integrity/ accuracy of data sources 

-  Maintain working knowledge of relevant regulations directly relevant to the role 

- Knows how to handle Confidential Business Information 

- Provide guidance to assure compliance for AkzoNobel raw materials and products within agreed boundaries 

-  Respond to internal customers and resolve raw material and/or product issues accurately and in a timely fashion 

- Produce regulatory standardized compliance statements for customers

- Communicate effectively internally (other departments) 

- Develop a basic understanding of customer needs and relevant regulatory topics affecting the 

- Performance Coatings’ business 

-  Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of standard procedures (e.g. SOPs, ISO procedures)

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- BS preferred with Technical/ chemical background, BA considered with 1- 3 years of raw materiel handling experience in a chemical industry

Knowledge and Skills
- Organized and a strong attention to detail

- Fluent in local English

- Accurate keyboard skills (documents and data entry)

- Good literacy and numeracy skills

- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office
