Sales Order Processing
- Receive and process orders from   customers, follow up orders in contact with delivery sites.

- Create sample orders upon request of sales/technical management.

- Agree delivery dates, transport and packaging matters with customers and confirm orders in writing.

- Manage and follow up on the availability of fleet with production sites and customers.

- Create SAP Quotations (offers/contracts) and price lists in cooperation with Sales Manager.

- Check completeness of sales orders regarding transport and/or billing blocks, etc.

- Create and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, commission payments, and rebate agreements when required.

- Check and maintain customer master data in SAP providing proper and updated information on main customer data, e.g. opening hours, payment conditions and contact details.

- Register customer complaints in OFI system in agreement with the corresponding sales manager. Proactively coordinate follow-up of complaint according to sales manager’s instructions in order to assure a timely and correct response to the customer.

Sales Partner in Customer Relation
- Serve as communication link between customers and sales staff.

- Provide guidance and assistance to new or less experienced CS staff.

- Write internal and external correspondence on initiative of Sales Manager.

- Update and maintain MS CRM customer data.

- Send product information to customers (product data sheets, material safety data sheets, sales specifications).
