- Ensures Hazard Study reqirements are identified as part of Management of Change
- Leads Hazard Studies throughout the region
- Ensures machine specifications are in line with powder coatings standards and AN rules
- Ensures site SRE’s understand PSM and SAQ
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Support sites locally with specific problems / projects
- Coordinate installation of equipment/machinery/Procedure modifications with SRE’s
- Prepare and coordinate installation of capital equipment
- Determines the required resources, manages the project budget and assigns responsibilities to individual members of the project team
- Deploys training regionally on standards
- Applies project and business process improvement methodology and enforces project standards
- Be familiar with all the applicable Corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Reviews regional CAPEX to ensure adherence to standards
- Ensures standardized PPM is performed on regional sites, with KPI’s
- Ensures annual budget is correct to allow PPM to be completed efficiently
- Negotiates with equipment supplier (together with NPR)
- Manage Operation Eco Efficency program
- Audits the sites LSR systems
- Actively participate in preparing Annual Site Safety improvement plans
- Enforce contractor compliance with standard practices requirements.
