Responsibility

- Manages site-specific spend portfolio of Non Product related materials (Results: define top 80% spends portfolio with volume, suppliers, lead time, current prices and target prices, etc.) 
- Negotiate prices and contracts to deliver competitive advantage, maximizing leverage and optimizing working capital as agreed with line manager (Results: Define a solid plan and objectives for contract negotiation)    
- Implements contracts, processes and projects at site level (Results: all documented contacts, processes and projects have to be transparent)
- Manages operational activities of Procurement for the site, such as SRM, total cost of ownership, feedback, escalation of issues, service and quality (Results: submit monthly report for reporting achievements, issues and so on)

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- At least 2 years experiences in Coatings, Chemical industrials
- Education background of engineering or chemicals
- Familiar with SAP and SRM systems, MS software
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem solving and project management capability
- Negotiation capability and data analysis skills
- Good in English communication
- Consistent, willing to learn
