Responsibility

1. Manage and develop EPS O2O business model on multiple platforms, including online service product development, promotional expenses/ cost efficiency, conversion rate, after-sale services to achieve the sales targets. 60% 2. Optimize and further develop Dulux dealer O2O delivery system, including B2C project stage II development, dealer management, expenses/ cost efficiency, after-sale services to support Dulux online sales. 30%
3. Cooperate with EPS marketing & offline sales team to setup/update product portfolio and promotion plan. 10%
1. To further explore and implement new business opportunities of EPS on multiple online platforms.
2. To support Dulux O2O delivery system via offline dealer network.
3. To communicate closely and negotiate for resources and support from e-platforms to drive results.
4. To manage TPs and EPS service providers in accordance with platform positioning and pricing strategy to promote brand image and achieve business target.
5. To make EPS online trade marketing plan, and lead 3rd party agency implementation and regular estore operation, including product listing, click rate, optimizing brand ranking etc. to achieve the estore operation target
6. To cooperate with operation, marketing & sales team to setup/update product portfolio and co-promotion plan
7. To evaluate and track promotion effectiveness, propose improvement plan and optimizing proposal
8. To monitor and analyze competitive intelligence, industrial dynamic, new product development information, propose and implement market survey/investigation, to provide quality reference and background information for company e-business strategy.

• He/ she has to organize external and internal resources to support all the promotional activities. Project management skills needed. Early plan, early notice and be really familiar with standard company procedures and good at negotiations.
• Negotiation with e-platforms for better resources with good ROI, esp. in peak season. He/ she has to balance give and take and get the best for the business. In order to achieve the goal, he/ she has to know well about e-tail system and be good at data analysis.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1) Competencies: Skills, knowledge, & abilities
o Thorough understanding of e-tail store operations, advertising mechanics, and overall environment
o Sharp business acumen on internet environment and good at formulate entrepreneurial plan to grab opportunity
o Knowledge in digital marketing and/or brand marketing a plus
o Management skills needed
o A positive team player, willing to get hands-on and take up additional responsibilities to drive results when necessary
o Innovative, self-motivated person with passion and eager to learn new
o Excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability in a dynamic environment
o Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills a plus
o Bachelor degree or above in marketing, ecommerce, business administration, etc.
2) Experience:
o O2O business model setup experience is must to have
o Total 5+ years working experience in new business development and/or managing e-business in agency or brand sides
o 2+ years hands-on experience in e-tail store management in detail
o At least 1 time hands-on experience in managing and operating 11.11 promotion and good at e- store data analysis
o Experience in digital marketing is an advantage
o Experience on imaging software like Photoshop?? Dreamwer?? Flash?? CoreDraw?? Fireworks, etc. is a plus
