Responsibility

Responsibilities
Comply with company policy and guidelines of HSE&5S.
Ensure daily activities fulfill ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
Perform testing work according to lab procedures and standards/specifications (e.g. Automotive OEM field).
Be responsible for standards/specification interpretation and method validation.
Take responsibility of instruments calibration, intermediate check and maintenance to meet the laboratory’s specification requirements.
Ensure delivery of testing results and reports in a timely manner.
Cooperate effectively with other team members and collaborate closely with RD&I teams to deliver excellence of testing and inquiring support.
Maintain good and sustainable relationship between test team and customers.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Requirements:
Master degree in chemistry, Material/Polymer Sciences or related.
1+ year working experience in tesing labs.
Good understanding of standards and test specifications.
Experience of weathering, anti-corrosion and regular physical tests is preferred.
Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork.
Passions for continuous improvement.
Good command of English skills, both written and spoken.
Positive attitude towards responsibilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Good PC skills.
