Home to the Dulux Superbrand and other world class products, we are now recruiting a Process & System Lead for our Dulux Decorator Centre retail business to oversee a team of process experts and ensure we continue to excel for customers.
 
As Process & Systems Manager, you will motivate a team of 10-12 to deliver developmental and operational support required to optimise the benefits of our ERP systems & processes as well as identify continuous improvement opportunities. You will work with stakeholders to define & deliver system enabled processes to enhance our business as well as oversee the preparation documents relating to system developments and manage their submission. We will look to you to manage resources to ensure delivery of projects on time and to budget as well as resolve issues. Important will be the ability to engage with colleagues to guarantee resources are aligned to business priorities. Your remit will also cover stakeholder communication, knowledge sharing and capability growth.
 
This role calls for a graduate who is commercially astute and has a proven working knowledge of MSDAX and of using the system to its full potential. Your experience will have been gained in a financial or technical environment and will be supported by a relevant professional qualification. Expert at motivating and developing people you will demonstrate a history of building high performing teams and excel at stakeholder management. Credible at senior level you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working cross functionally. You will also be the type of person who is passionate about excellence and delivers on commitments.
