Organizational Management Administrator Global

Working from our office in Arnhem, the Netherlands, you perform multiple tasks integral to the smooth running of our global HR operations. In particular you are responsible for OM related data-entry and the general maintenance of OM data for all myHR (core HR system) countries.

Further, you provide timely and accurate support in servicing individual changes/requests from local HR Administrators in terms of Position Creation, Organization Creation etc. You also handle bulk organization structure changes, ensuring alignment with all global reporting requirements.

In addition you ensure that the maintenance of OM in myHR, as defined in the OM Cookbook, is consistently followed, and you discuss updates with several stakeholders. Other tasks include publishing material and maintaining an online global OM database for sharing knowledge and/or guidelines for myHR OM. You also initiate improvements and support the improvement of data quality for myHR OM.

Further, you follow-up on regular data quality checks, analyze the OM reporting requirements of different countries, and work towards standardizing formats/ templates/reports. On an onging basis you raise, communicate, test and resolve myHR OM defects.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

To apply for this position you must possess all the following attributes:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in terms of professional qualifications or experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer focused, technical support based role (preferably in HR, could also be in IT);
- Able to work within response times and adhere to SLAs;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience of NGA euHReka portal and/or SAP based systems;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a high level of written and spoken English.
