To support our company vision of leading performance in all the markets in which we operate, we must continue to grow and innovate as an organization and create a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.  To this end we are establishing regional CoE organizations that cover the top nine countries as well as the Rest of the World countries. We are also transferring some of our Center of Expertise (CoE) support processes to Global Business Services (GBS) on January 1, 2017.
 
This new position will located in Amsterdam (with potential relocation in the future) and be responsible for the new Europe region
 
The  Europe region covers 21 700 FTEs across the following Sub Regions 
- Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)
- DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- UK & Ireland
- The Netherlands
- South & Eastern Europe (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Baltics & Poland, Russia & Ukraine, East Central Europe cluster, Turkey)
 
 
Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
- Manages and develops a high performing and highly capable  People Services team across region  - 10%
- Delivers operational execution in line with agreed delivery framework (SLA, KPIs,  process models, systems etc. set by Global Process Owners) – 40%
- Drives deployment and extension of processes, standards and delivery capabilities across the region -20%
- Co-sets regional People Services strategies together with Global Process Owners. Regional  GBS head, CoE/HRBP and business  stakeholders -5%
- Drives continuous improvements across in-scope processes & services 10%
- Builds and actively manages stakeholder network to analyze business requirements and align and report  on service performance -15%
Responsibilities:

- Manages regional People Services  budget
- Member of Regional GBS Leadership Team
- Works together with People Services Global Process Owners and COE Talent Resourcing Global Process Owners to drive best possible solutions and services in region
 
Talent Resourcing
- Accountable for an efficient, compliant and effective execution from sourcing to job-offer acceptance for G – MM level recruitment
- Accountable for region strategy regarding: - employer brand recognition
- use of social media to approach and attract talent.
- channels and referrals
- external labor market intelligence
- selection and managing of  regional vendors



HR Services
- Accountable for an efficient, compliant and effective execution from job offer acceptance to off-boarding of employees (H2R) : Payroll, Benefits Admin, Personal Data Admin, Staff & Career Movements, OM, Leave and Absence Mgt., Time Data Quality, Archiving Reporting, Payroll Cost allocation, Local System and Vendor Management 
- Accountable  for best possible customer Service Experience via Digital (Portal/MSS/ES/ServiceNow) and Contact Center (email &  phone support)

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Job Requirements

- Bachelors/Masters degree, (or equivalent) ideally in Management, Business Administration,  Psychology or HR
- Min. 10 years of relevant work experience in HR Shared Services Center environment and at least 5 years in a Recruitment and or HR OPS leadership role
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Continuous improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
- Preferable have experience in recruiting and/or HR Ops in more than one country and in a matrix and service driven environment.
- Proven experience of managing and delivering HR projects.
- Proven people management experience and capability to effectively  lead a remote team
- Experience in working with and improving systems.
- Experience in building, managing and engaging talent pipelines
- Proven track record in identifying, selecting and commercially negotiating with external partners.
- Have ambition, drive and the capability to grow to a next level
- Strong willingness to travel
