Contributes to the execution of sales and profitability targets established Metal Coatings, NA by conducting financials studies targeted at improvement of commercial and financial effectiveness of the business operations.
- Owns and drives BI for the region, including integrity of master data and financial data
- Provides meaningful reporting and analysis to drive profitable top line growth.
- Develops financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis and performs such analysis
- Interprets financial data to determine past performance and/or to project the financial probability
- Assists in development and/or adjustments to budget or latest view volume / revenue
- Extracts financial data from various ERP systems (including accounting and information systems) and and databases and performs financial analyses
- Records, classifies and summarizes financial transactions/events in accordance with valid accounting principles.
- Responsible for Rebate programs proper accruals, analytics, and forecasting
- Responsible for claims accounting, reporting, and analysis
- Responsible for sales incentive program including forecasting, calculations, target setting, etc.
- Familiarity with all applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards & acting in compliance with all applicable regulations

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in finance / business

- 2-5 years related experience

- Requires the ability to manipulate large volumes of data 

- Expert Excel skills

- Requires the ability to take large volumes of data and turn it into meaningful analysis – Strong analytical and logical skills

- Requires the ability to interpret ambiguous data into a meaningful analysis

- SAP highly preferred
