Tax Operation supervision:
*Supervise and review PRC monthly and quarterly tax declarations forms ensure that the above declarations always fully comply with tax law or regulation.
*Carry out annual corporate income tax liquidation, working together with corporate tax department and Deloitte.
*Accomplished PRC annual TP documentation in a timely manner
*Communicate with local tax authorities and Prepare various report to tax authorities.

Tax Policy and Strategy Support:
*Implement company's newly-revised tax policies and strategies and supervise the entire process
*Provide management with precise and prompt tax regulation updates
*Coordinate tax plan and find changes to optimize tax

Tax Control Support:
*Taking responsibility for company's tax planning and compliance with national and regional corporate, and other applicable taxes laws or regulations
*Prepare tax report which will be submitted to corporate tax department or external tax authorities
*Coordinate with business partners for abnormal tax issues solving
*Provide tax counselling to other related departments or functions
*Support on project based potential tax issues e.g. TP investigation, BT reformed VAT, etc.

Coaching and Training:
*Provide ongoing coaching, training and development of employees from all departments

• Minimum university graduation, major in tax, finance, accounting or other related area;
• A minimum of 3 years’ working experience in an international company/big 4/tax consulting company
• Good at PC software, including Microsoft Office, and other related software;
• Proactive, professional and hard working.
• Good in English writing and speaking
