Responsibility

• Order processing  60%
• Customer complain 10%
• AR management 10%
• Logistics control 10%
• Storage control 10%
• Receive the purchase orders and key in SAP, communicate with customers if cann’t send goods in requested time, and push production department to finish producting in time.
• Pass on the Complain Reports to QC&QA,and follow up the results.
• Check the AR with customers and inform Finance to issue invoices.
• Saving logistics fee by arrange delivery goods in suitable way.
• Work together with planner to reduce storage on the premise of meet the customers’ requests.

• Have 3 years or more Customer service working experience.
• Have experience of operating SAP system(Customer Service module).
• Have a good communication skill .
