Position Purpose:
The primary role of the CRM Data Analyst will to facilitate the use of Microsoft Dynamics to support the digitization and optimization of workflow processes across AkzoNobel A&AC NA with the goal of improving productivity, reducing costs, and improving sales and customer support. This person will assist with rollout, training, and support of all data activities related to CRM. In addition, the CRM Data Analyst will ensure data input and reporting outputs are clean.
- Manage integrity of all data in Dynamics for CRM and back-office applications.
- Data Entry – user creation and user rights administration, account integrity verification, pipeline reporting.
- Support the e-Business Manager in providing analysis, reporting and improvements of existing CRM strategies.
- Assist in the evaluation of requirements and the formulation of related recommendations.
- Assist with rollout and user enablement of the selected CRM solution to the NA field force.
- Create user documentation for training and support.
- Assist in the creation, enablement and maintenance of a support organization for CRM activities.
- Assist other departments (Sales, Distribution, Finance…) when needed as a Data analyst to support the creation and maintenance of database and Excel driven tools.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline
- Two-years database experience.
- Technical knowledge of databases (Excel, Access and SQL Server skills a must, experience in data extraction and manipulation via SQL). Basic programming using Object-Oriented languages like VB, C and C++
- Strong technical aptitude
- Highly motivated and a Self-Starter
- Ability to deliver under pressure and compressed timeframes
- Ability to collect, analyze and present data.
- Experience with programming preferred
