Responsibility

HR Systems Specialist
6 month contract
£16.40 p/h / £32,000 per annum 
Altrincham, Cheshire
 
Purpose:
 
Provide specialist support for the HR Systems to enable the People Services Team (HR Shared Service Centre) to operate at its optimum level of efficiency and effectiveness.
 
Responsible for the HRSSC support systems and for filing data change requests relating to the myHR system. Maintain the organisation structure in the ‘myHR’ system for the UK within the Global structure with the support of the HR Data Analyst.
 
 
 
Principal accountabilities:
 
- Provide second line systems issue management and resolution, escalating unresolved incidents to third party support provider to minimize service interruption to the business.
- The recognized UK expert relating to systems in use / offer bypasses / solutions
- Maintain local organisation structure in ‘myHR’ – organisational units, Business Areas and positions and support organizational restructures.
- Responsible for cost centre maintenance in country in ‘myHR’.
- Create data change requests for the myHR system for submission into SNOW.
- Support for local UK interfaces, defect resolution/testing and submission for change requests.
- Support the HR systems software releases, upgrades, resource application, documentation and testing.
- Aids in the championing of continuous improvement with a view of standardization and removing any non-value added activities/processes.
- In conjunction with the HR Data Analyst to aid in the completion of the 'Viewpoint' (employee engagement survey) process.
- Support the South East and Africa region for myHR Lite countries as the DQC, aid in the training and review of data for the region.
