1. Work with Regional Supply Planner to maintain appropriate planning parameters for optimal inventory level in Shanghai Warehouse.
2. Work closely with Regional Supply Planner and Customer Service team to communicate goods availability schedules to ensure customer orders requirements being met, schedule changes, and to escalate any necessary re-schedule requested by the customers.
3. Place IC STO to meet customer’s order schedule and to top up inventory to buffer stock level.
4. To update incoming movements for IC STO orders in Open PO reports and SAP.
5. Notify affected parties in timely manner regarding incoming movement’s status.
6. Inspect, Identify and record any nonconformance/damaged packaging of import goods and follow up on corrective actions. To raise OFI is required.
7. Work with forwarding agent for all imports’ documentation and custom clearance, take prompt actions to avoid any delay.
8. Work with warehouse for any repacking or re-drumming of imported goods when applicable.
9. Schedule, implement and assist in reconciliation of goods returns.
10. Maintain & update existing /new materials into material classification list on IMDG classification.
11. Custom clearance for all Shanghai Port imported samples.
12. Assist on all import & freight cost maintain in SAP when required.
13. To monitor and adjust stock discrepancies due to the UOM (esp PGI done by USA in Lbs while Asia is taking in Kgs).
14. Other works assigned by department manager.
