Responsibility

Primary: With the line manager support and coach, take the mainly but not the all HR work within the scope of responsibility for Functional Supporting units, EA plant and C&M plant;
Secondary: Assist the line manager as one team to involve in the critical HR activity or projects at the multi-site level.
 
Employee & Labor Relations:
- To be responsible for the ER case handle which related to HRBP`s responsibility
- Participate in the crucial exit interview and analyze the employee turnover.
 
 
P&D Dialogue / Talent Review / Engagement and/or other HR relative project:
 
- R esponsible for the above processes, help functional managers to use HR related systems and related process effectively by the cooperation with country HRS or COE.
- Responsible for Engagement management related to the activities/refresh training organization as needed.
 
 
Comp& Ben / Learning & Development / Recruitment:
 
- The focal point for the above relative HR processes including work with the business  managers to identify the needs; to work with HR SSC and/or COE on the solutions; to make the planning and also on the delivery.
- Responsible for the annual labor budget and manpower plan, OWP relate to people.
- Participate in the recruitment process and the interview for the certain levels.
- Assist business manager to implement the plan of career ladder development for operators, engineers, the talent rating for managers in terms of the policy of the Multi-site and the guidance from corporate.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- University graduate level or above;
- Fluent English written and communication, at least the written level is good;
- Cute interpersonal sensitivity to the complex and various stakeholders; Be good at the communication with the differentiated personality or working style;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR generalist or Business Partner role in the certain business scale of MNC;
- Has the right mindset and thoughts toward the HR job;
- Familiar with China Labour Law and regulations
- Quick learner, result driven, strong sense of responsibility;
- Accumulated the experience of non-HR function will be a plus;
