Responsibility

• Develop, document and implement business strategy for (key) accounts
• Increase volume and profitablity for assigned key account(s)
• Propose volume and price input to budget
• Deliver volume and profitablity for assigned global key accounts and all accounts in China in line with strategy/budget
• Deliver on various short- and long term business objectives, e.g. by leading or contributing to projects.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts
• Identify, evaluate and pursue business growth opportunities
• Direct contact with customers, representing AkzoNobel in a professional manner
• Collect market information and accountable for Marcom activities in MCA China
• Demand Planner (Archiva) for MCA China business

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s degree in chemistry of chemical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, marketing and Marcom experience is a benefit 
• Experience in chemical processes and business environment
• Higher education in Business Management would be an added advantage
• Highly effective negotiation and communication skills, team player and a self-starter
• Good Business Warehouse skill required, SAP and Archiva skills is a benefit
• Proficiency in English;
