Supply Planning Activities:
1)    Overall responsibility for Planning & Control activities
2)    Responsible for FG availability.Work out / plan FG needed for meeting the sales forecast.
3)    Responsible for OTIF for material availability.
4)    Inventory Management - Manage the service level and inventory
5)      Demonstrates the ability to use knowledge of basic safety stock methods such as "fixed quantity" or "days of coverage" to adjust own work goals and tasks
6)    Order promising - Applies best inventory assignment methods (i.e. physical, customer priority, supply priority, plan-based) to reach identified targets
7)    Distribution requirements planning - Applies lead times and related phased planning concepts to perform stocking activities
8)    Master scheduling - Prepares weekly/monthly master production schedules. Detailed scheduling - Creates detailed schedule derived from the master production schedule to incorporate changes to the production requirements
9)    To lead and contribute for the successful running of IBP process
10) Coordinate with Sales, Customer Order desk, Production, Purchase & Logistics team.

BE/B Tech
5+ years experience in handling Planning for FMCG industry/ Consumer Goods space
1)    Strong analytical, decision making skills.
2)    Strong interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business
3)    Capability in use of desktop software (with focus on analytical skills in Excel)

4)    Experience in planning or ERP systems
5)    S&OP Skills (exposure to some of the S&OP functions required)
6)    Supply Chain - knowledge in supply chain terminology and methodology. Supply demand balancing - Understands and utilizes constraints for capacity measures in a supply chain for supply and demand balancing Materials and inventory planning
