- Align HR strategy and focus with business agenda and transform HR strategic plan into a tactical / operational HR plan for non-commercial team and be responsible for the implementation and execution.
- Work with local or global team to drive key HR initiatives and work on the concrete / important projects as a leader or a member.
- Be responsible for strategic people direction setting, driving performance (people / business), developing talent and securing succession, strategic workforce planning (build org. capability and plan for future needs).
- Coach and develop leaders and managers to deliver people management capabilities. Drive talent management and performance management to build high performance culture and boost employee engagement.
- Partner and bring in resources from the CoE to implement HR solutions that meet the distinctive challenges and needs of the business.
- Supervise, coach and develop team members to accelerate their growth and fulfill their professional goals.
- Ensures compliance within the internal company policies and procedures (HR, compliance training, functional codes) and supervises adherence to the external laws in the organization.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Education: bachelor degree, MBA preferred
- Length of Service: At least 10 years of work experience in multinational business environment.
- Geographic Experience: Worked in multiple provinces in China, overseas experience is a plus
- Business Experience: worked in 2 or more different industries
- Functional Experience: HRBP experience in both commercial and manufacturing; Working in Talent Management is a plus
- Project Experience: Project leader for local projects; Project member for global projects; GB/BB is a plus
- People Management: At least 4+ direct reports
- Management Team: has some experience in working in local MT(s);
