Responsibilities:1. Lead continual analysis of available performance data to identify & implement process improvement initiatives to deliver repeatable quality & optimum performance from the installed new technologies.
2. The process technology lead on local project team to define manufacturing requirements, constraints and implications to P&E, RD&I and others, responsible for process sign off for implementation of new products and projects to operations.
3. Ensuring and support the sites’ manufacturing team has the technical capability to manufacture current & future products via training, coaching and mentoring
4. Improving the process capability,  equipment reliability, product quality, yield rate and productivity performance perspectives on ILD, AMS and paint mfg process in all sites. Provide strong trouble shooting to local site teams.
5. Be the single process technology focal point for Deco China Supply Chain, connecting with global networks, transferring China’s challenges/learnings/solutions to others and implementing improvements based on learnings from other BU’s.
6. Develop plans with SC management & Global Manufacturing technology teams to further  deploy new technologies that will deliver quality improvements, cost productivity savings & realize insourcing opportunities, providing the detail process understanding and data to support design and delivery.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above majored in process engineering/technology discipline; Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
2. Above 5 years working experiences in relevant MNC or JV in the automated chemical process industry, familiar with automatic/batch production, experienced on TPM & project management.
3. Familiar with chemical industry HSE&S regulations & laws; good knowledge and experiences on MOC, PTW, hazard study and other process engineering related risk control methodologies.
4. Analytical & continuous improvement mindset with experience of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and SPC
5. Good people skill & strong leadership, 
6. Able to create & maintain good relationship with authorities e.g. power bureau & technical supervision bureau etc to ensure license to operation
7.  Good standard of written & spoken English.
