Job Scope:
q  Farming existing business through effectively handling routine sales activity
•       Collect sales orders from existing distributors/customers
•       As the key interface with distributors/customers for supply and delivery issues
•       Be responsible for demand FCST update and accuracy improvement
•       Be key user and ownership of CRM update in the system
•       As the interface with distributors/customers for any complaint handling and response
•       Co-responsible with on site sales for DSO/Overdue
•       Co-responsible with on site sales for sales target achievement
•       On behalf of sales team for PO/GR process in SRM system
•       Manage sales & service contract
•       Sales data report and analysis
q  Support Distributor Management
•       Manage distributors contract renew and update
•       Execute distributor performance evaluation
•       Execute distributor supporting/awarding program
Key KPI:
•       Sales Revenue ( Co-responsible with Field sales )
•       Forecast Accuracy ( Co-responsible with Territory sales manager )
•       DSO/Overdue 
•       CRM update
•       Pending customer complaint case number
