Responsibility

• Provide strong trade marketing support to Dulux TT control channel.
• Work closely with Sales team and suppliers on planning and execution of store building, product distribution, consumer promotions.
• Work with Regional Finance to manage regional A&P budgeting based on market needs, purchasing & financial regulations.
• To develop and design end-user & online marketing programs to strongly support consumer retail growth in South region.
• Proactively communicate with Purchasing for new supplier sourcing and quotation checking, to ensure suppliers service within company standards.
• Responsible for promotion implementation including promotion planning, forecast collection, promotion POSM delivery & display and sales data analysis.
• Support Regional Trade-marketing Manager to monitor Micro-marketing activities implementation to further drive store sell-out, including POSM production and data tracking.
• Support Sales to improve marketing effectiveness & attractiveness through regional project innovation & result analysis in product distribution & consumer promotions.
• Follow regional product guidelines, work with sales managers and field sales to monitor new product launch progress and analyze sales performance.
• Regular market visit to key cities and provide visit reports to sales and customers for market improvement advice.
• Responsible for regional budget planning, implementation, reimbursement and monthly tracking with Regional Trade-marketing Manager and Regional Finance.
• He/she may communicate with agency for creative designs based on VI guidelines.
• He/she may come up with new types of consumer promotion schemes based on his/her experience and AN needs.
• Promotion or marketing plans suitable for traditional industry development and also with innovative input.
• Have to handle routine execution work and have strategic mindset at the same time.

Job requirements/Candidate profile


• Bachelor degree and above
• Good command of reading & written English
• Good PC skills, especially for Microsoft Office
• Good communication and presentation skills
• 1~3 years’ experience in Trade marketing in multi-national companies is preferred.
• A new graduate is acceptable if he/she has great potential, open-minded and eager to learn & take challenge.
