Responsibility

Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job:

• Maintain a close connection with contractors, designers, builders, developers, and the  industry respective region
• Understand and monitor  competitors and other market information
• Build NB team and good communication skill with region/function etc.
• Develop new project sales network
• Coordinate the project activities in respective region in order to achieve the sales objectives.
• Focus on  Flooring or  PC(地坪或钢结构防腐)

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to carry out sales according to the Company policy
- Responsible to coordinate with current dealers in different projects
- Responsible to develop New Qualified regional dealer in responsible sales area
- Responsible to support the dealers in the responsible sales area with technical training
- Responsible to support when needed participate in the dealers negotiation for important projects within the sales area
• - Responsible to timely report and update Sales Support System according the Companies routines
• - To be active in building strong team work spirit
• Timely reporting to NBM, Weekly & Monthly report

Job requirements/Candidate profile


• Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
• At least four years   experience in project development or sales management preferably gained from plumbing or Industry consumer products industries, and three years   experience in managing distributor and market development.
• Familiar flooring industry
