The Sales Support Team is responsible for the day-to-day activities within the Expancel Business. Located in Marietta, GA, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating day to day activities for customer service. Ensure that an array of customer inquiries is handled in an efficient, effective professional and friendly manner. Assist in special projects as required. Develop relationships with customers and the Expancel sales team to earn the status of preferred supplier.   
- Support assigned customer accounts and all related activities including but not limited to order fulfillment, process, debits, credits and returns.
- Partner with logistics department to make suitable transportation arrangements and ensure timely product delivery.
- Promote and maintain a high level of value-added customer service to internal and external customers and ensure service standards are maintained and consistent within group.
- Initiate correspondence/documentation transfers to customers such as shipment notifications and respond to customer inquiries.
- Support assigned customer accounts and all related activities including but not limited to order fulfillment, process/and or approve debits, credits and material returns.
- Participate in weekly Production & Demand planning meetings.
- Accountable for ensuring team goals and objectives are met such as cross functional backup support for the sBU.
- Help monitor assigned customer order patterns to anticipate product requirements and limit emergency shipments.
- Maintain and control customer files.
- Ensure compliance with operational controls and SOP’s related to Customer Service systems and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of Four (4) years actual customer service experience.
- Ability to work and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram or schedule form.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate and use personal computers, calculators, telephone and cell phones, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Experience in SAP or other ERP systems preferred.
