Responsibility

-- Development of customers & promoting IP product in the respective area.
- Sales & approval related responsibility for VR MM products in the area
- Responsible for collections & any finance related issues.
- Handling all product trials and complaints.
- Maintain data on customers, product performance and product movement.
- Discover and develop customers from market platform to buying platform.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Maintain sales data and comparisons with budget.
- To follow commercial transactions.
- To Develop & expand their Geographical foot print to increase marine market share.
- Ensure strict compliance to all AN and local HSE standards.
 

 
Functional Responsibilities/Network(kindly limit to a maximum of five)
 
- Responsible for budgeted  Value/Volume and Collections for the Whole Territory.
- Responsible for key initiatives for IP Visibility in area/ territory and improve  customer relationship
- Work  with  improvement of IP Position with specific Customer & distributors.
- Arrange regular training & IP promotional programs with the customers.
- Look at Focus product promotion.

- University Education – Chemical/Paint Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 5years experience in B2B sales profile
