Responsibility

• To manage customer service team for PA Asia Pacific and develop the team as an integrated team aligned with business strategy.
• Control, optimize and report on CS performance and business KPI’s
• Management of contract officer/price management role or task, if applicable.
• Management of Demand Planning coordinating activities & sales forecasting support, if applicable.
• Ensure procedures and knowledge level of CSR team is up to standard on regulation, law and Akzonobel procedures.
• Ensure all sales transactions are running smoothly and meeting customer requirement and internal KPI’s
• Responsible for CS departments strategic and operational management in alignment with the business strategy
• Understand the all export and local deliver terms and conditions according to business strategy.
• Familiar with common SAP operation and customer relationship management (CRM)

Job requirements/Candidate profile

 

• Minimum a University Degree with 5 year experience in customer service and related function with experience in managing a team.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with good communication and writing skill.
• Systematic, organized, self-motivated and independence and able to work under pressure with good emotional control.
• Good people management and communication skills.
