To build market position in segments or applications growth areas in India by developing, defining and evaluating new profitable business opportunities, to achieve own sales target:
 
To propose  market development plan to line manager, after approval, actively acting on those plans and  achieving budget.
 
Through identifying business growth opportunities and actively building a growth pipeline, to achieve  a double digit growth rate by yearly base in next 3-5 years,  measured by data comparing vs.2016 ACT sales. 
 
Capability to collect, identify and feedback the essential supporting needs from key accounts. After consolidation,  working  cross functions such as supply chain, BI and legal to find better solution in order to support business fast growth..
 
To meet the daily management rule of sales team.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Good command over English language, reading, writing & comprehension; Native Indian major languages speaking; Bachelor’s Sales, Marketing, Chemistry or related field; Master degree is a plus. Quick learner on technical knowledge. 5+ years of Sales / BD experience in detergent business; Good problem solving and coordination skills; Proficient with SAP, MS Excel, BW, and other analytical tools; Good Interpersonal Skills; Able to frequent travel in India;
