Recruitment Administrator
£19,000 - £22,000 plus an excellent benefits package

A skilled administrator with good people skills, ideally gained in a HR function, you are now ready to take on a more challenging role in a business that will make the most of your input, welcome your ideas and act on them. This role as Recruitment Administrator with AkzoNobel is just the opportunity you are looking for. We want you to oversee our recruitment systems and use your skills to support internal customers and candidates to ensure the process runs smoothly.
As the Recruitment Administrator you will be the first point of contact for hiring managers and responsible for initiating requisitions (New Vacancy Requests) on our Taleo applicant tracking system. You will liaise with colleagues in HR to ensure requisitions are updated and maintained as well as take responsibility for contacting candidates and scheduling interviews. You will monitor the UK Recruitment email inbox and help candidates with queries and system issues as they arise too. You will also initiate the invoice process received into the recruitment department, candidate expense claims and support with New Hire documentation for successful candidates to start the onboarding programme.
As we need you to be effective from day one, you must be used to handling a busy administrative workload. Un-phased by technology, you will need to be good at operating online systems and a high level of competency in Microsoft Office. You will possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail / high accuracy and the ability to use your initiative when needed. Knowledge of recruitment practices and administration would be an advantage.

Starting Salary £19,000 – £22,000 based on experience, plus an impressive benefits package including, 10% bonus potential, defined contribution pension scheme (up to 12% company contribution) and many more.
