Akzo Nobel Service GmbH is looking for you in Part-time (24h/Week) as a

HR Business Partner Specialty Coatings  (m/f)
based in Stuttgart         
Your tasks:
- Deploy HR knowledge, professionalism and knowledge of the Business Units for the benefit of the day to day business and HR objectives
- Translates Business Unit People Strategy into the area of responsibility
- Implement initiatives to enhance the joint confidence, increase engagement among staff, improving leadership effectiveness and increase productivity
- Ensures local talent pipeline is maintained via robust processes and high performance standards
- Analyzes business reports and HR data to translate the information into practical insights and recommendations for (Senior) HR Business Partners, CoEs and HR Services
- Responds to changing business conditions, challenges and needs
- Supervises and coaches managers in People Management Skills and related competencies
- Exhibits a strong focus on people development within their own area and consistently improve capabilities and engagement in the direct and indirect team
- Leads implementation of various local and/or functional change projects and ensures they are appropriately resourced, structured and governed
- Manages local labor relations (unions, work counsels) and supports local managers in dealing with front line employee issues
- Manages local compensation and benefits within the global framework and guidelines
- Member in an international/cross-functional project team or a project leader within the own unit

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Your qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, legal or other related areas
- Relevant work experience in either HR or within a HR supporting function preferably in a multinational business environment
- Excellent communication, listening skills and change leadership skills
- Excellent at building and managing through relationships across the HR organization - with peers, upwards and with center of expertise partners
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage projects and handle multiple responsibilities
- The capacity to work with and coach people at all levels
