We are looking for a
Regional Sales Manager South Europe, Colloidal Silica (m/f)
- You develop strategic plans as well as short- and long-term targets with focus on developing the business for Colloidal Silica in South Europe with emphasis on Italy, France and Spain
- You ensure a good sales process and enable growth of the business with customers and distributors
- In this role your task is identifying new business opportunities and applications in close cooperation with Marketing, Business Development and RD&I
- You keep track of the market and trends/competitors within the region, keep good contact and strive for joint customer approach with other parts of AkzoNobel where applicable
- You are responsible for budget and RF process of our business in South Europe
- Usage of CRM and related systems/tools (e.g. enter sales contracts in the SAP system)

Job requirements/ Candidate profile
- Technical or business degree at university level and more than 5 years’ experience in similar position in Sales
- Able to develop strong relationships with customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Native speaker either in Italian or French (fluent in both is an advantage)
- Solid communication skills in English, Spanish knowledge would be advantageous
- Good computer skills (MS-Office, CRM), SAP is preferable
