• Develop Levis marketing strategy including brand position, innovation, communication, pricing and channel strategy to drive biz aggressive growth in Home decoration channel and sustain biz in original channels

• Lead to develop annual marketing strategy and ensure implementation effectiveness to hit both business target and Marketing KPIs 
• Lead innovation process to
a. work out 3-year innovation pipeline 
b. deliver agreed new product launches to meet annual NPD target
• Manage the product portfolio for Levis from product range, pricing, channel
a. 6 categories: interior emulsion/exterior emulsion/ Water-borne woodcare/Solvent-borne woodcare/Pre-deco&Tools and import line
b. 3 innovation pillars: performance/safety/color
c.# of SKU in Y17: 125 (TT-95/HDC-23/Import-7)
d. 4 channels: Home decoration company/Modern Trade/Traditional Trade control store/E-commerce
• Work with creative agencies to ensure high quality of design work for livery/POSM/KV etc.
• Work out the communication idea& integrated campaign plan and ensure high quality implementation 
a. PR event/launch conference(including creative development, media planning and execution)
b. digital, including regular EPR, social media, official website, etc.
c. Work with Trade marketing team to develop and implement point-of-sale activities, incl. in-store merchandising, promotion plan, etc.
d. Work with sales team to implement channel support, OOH in TT control/Brand Zone in HDC channel

• Understand the market/competitor movement through research/market visit/trade talk and come up with corrective actions to fine-tune marketing plan if necessary

• Manage A&P efficiency

• Continuously keep business acumen to investigate new biz opportunity, new category/new channel etc.

• Manage the team manpower and development through IDP and on-job training

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. Bachelor degree minimum requirement.  Minimum 5 years of solid marketing experience at consumer company
2. Solid experience in brand communication including digital/PR event
3. Strong business thinking and channel/customer understanding
4. Solid experience in project management through leading cross functional team 
5. Creative, Innovative and open minded, willing to try alternatives to address issues
6. Good communication and team work. Can effectively lead and coordinate relevant departments to ensure delivery of the work
7. Proactive working attitude with strong ownership to drive for results
8. Good team leadership, with minimum 2 years team leader/manager experience
9. Good in speaking and written English
