Responsibility

Manage and develop the business of Chinese OEM Aerospace market in accordance with the global and regional marketing strategy• Manage all aspects of the business within the Chinese OEM Aerospace market including pricing and contractual issues, product support and service, technical development, HSE issues customer complaints, training requirements and color development requests.
• Achieve sales results in the responsible markets by cooperating closely with distributors to grow market share, sales, profit and working capital objectives.
• In liaison with our existing China Technical / Sales team, provide comprehensive sales and technical supports to the official distributor
• Develop strong customer relationships through involvement with associations, trade show, meetings and committees related to the industry.

Job requirements/Candidate profile


• University degree in science with more than 5 years of relevant working experience in chemical, coatings or related industry with focus on Sales & Marketing;
• Knowledge of paint technology, aircraft manufacturing and operating techniques
• Target oriented and persistent (never give up)
• Good customer orientation and teamwork attitude
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills (internal and external).
• Highly self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised
• Willingness to travel intensively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
