Technical Sales Manager (m/f)
Your Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new customers and manage established commercial relationships with existing customers
- Expand and consolidate market position by customer commitment
- Observe and report of market and competition activities as well as product demands
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Demonstrate technical knowledge of the product and its applications
- Prepare and evaluate customer meetings
- Responsible for regular field sales calls, technical consultation and recommendation
- Maintain close and regular contact with purchasing, research, manufacturing, logistics and business personnel
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Your Qualifications:
- Technical university degree
- Manufacturing process or chemical background / experience preferred
- Solid experience in Sales – mainly specialties   
- Strong experience in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Supply chain and financial understanding
- Strong achievement record in major account development and entrepreneurship
- Collaborative and self-driven
- Goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Native German and fluent English skills are required
- Willing to travel
