Develop the master plan & tailor-made marketing programs based on micro marketing strategy and provide strong supports to drive North region business growth and win in the local market.

1) To shape the micro marketing city master plan per market & end user needs
2) To drive store sell out via tailor made marketing programs to improve store traffic / conversion rate / basket size (35%)
3) Develop customized EPS campaign to drive the EPS awareness & sales (30%)
4) Develop integrated HDC program to drive the HDC sales by leveraging ATL designer club resource (5%)
5) Set up successful operation model for C/D cities (10%)
6) Work with regional team to develop holistic campaign to support the mass channel sales growth (15%)
• Annual Sales Revenue: €29Mn
• Annual A&P Budget: €0.3Mn
• Coverage: 10 cities, 80 dealers & EPS service providers
• Key responsibilities:
o Well understand the city profile in terms of market size, channel structure, sales performance, past program learning, Dulux brand awareness and consumer buying behaviour, etc.
o Design the micro marketing program and set up the master plan per city profile understanding & micro marketing strategy.
o Develop KPI for each micro marketing activity as well city profitability analysis
o Work with regional marketing coordinator on the field implementation and close monitor the performance
o Continue to improve program effectiveness & attractiveness  through post evaluation per each activity
o Optimize the operation guideline to further drive the micro marketing excellence.

• The job holder could design & decide the scheme for routine program
• But for A&P budget application, all programs are required to get line manager’s approval before to run.
1) China market is quite diversified, the situation of each market is quite different, deeper understanding to the local market/channel/end users is critical for developing effective programs to fulfill their needs and drive the business growth
2) Most campaigns will involve multi parties, e.g. local sales, dealer, EPS team etc., how to leverage different teams resources and keep good communication is the key to ensure the campaign execution and high quality results.
