This position is primarily responsible for managing Wireless OEM relationships of assigned customer accounts.  Identify new program opportunities from OEM & ODM, coordinate activities within the organization (Technical service & Lab team) to secure business.  Focus on new business development and troubleshooting problems within key markets.Focus on Assigned Wireless OEM customer (Microsoft, Amazon, Motorola/Lenovo, Apple, Sony,…etc), work with local teams to gain share at each.  Assess requirements of OEM/Tiers and coordinate AkzoNobel resources accordingly.
o Present the various AkzoNobel technologies and coordinate efforts to gain product approvals.
o Develop a strong technical understanding of new and existing product lines.
o Demonstrate technical selling ability to explain unique technologies to prospective customers.
Assist tier suppliers with part approval process.
Develop a thorough understanding of the market and value chain.  Document appropriately.
o Translate information into business strategic and tactical goals and objectives.
o Coordinate account sales activities by targeting, developing and monitoring sales function and performance.
o Meet personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography.
o Typical accounts will be high challenge, high complexity, diverse customers that require ongoing client relationship support.
o Regularly calls on assigned existing and potential customers to maintain close contact with the marketplace.
o Cascades information to designated customers on features and benefits of available products/services. 
o Identifies and follows up on significant business opportunities, pinpoints existing and/or potential problems and arranges for resolution.
o Delivers periodical business reviews and actively participates in development of business growth and sales support plans for designated customers.
Independently prepare sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions.
o Provide global support to customers in the Asia & North America
o Travel to OEM customers on a regular basis to manage new and existing programs throughout the product life cycle

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• Bachelor Degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Project Management.  Experience in coatings for plastics a plus
• Be able to good follow and push the project moving forward smoothly and quickly
• Be able to provide professional coating knowledge to designer
• Positive and good communication skills;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Good PC and office software skill
