Responsibility

Purpose:

o Responsible for the columns sales in China via regional column distributors, help the Regional Sales Manager to do the Distributor coordination for analytical business. (50%)
o Approaching column sales for Big Account and other application customers directly, help to establish the technical support for Other Applications. (20%)
o Sales assistant responsibility for internal sales arrangement and office issues, help to communicate with experts and scientists for SFDA and other labs. (10%)
o Help to arrange and perform the detailed marketing activities such as: exhibition, symposium, Chinese Website, WeChat Platform, e-marketing ... etc. (20%)

Responsibilities:

• Contact and coordinate with Regional distributor of China to promote the column sales in China, help the RSM and column distributor to implement the column sales strategy in each region of China.
• Help and instruct the column distributor to organize the marketing activities,
• Keep up to date with China column market trends, competition, dynamics and market shares,
• Approach key account and new application customers and instruct the related distributor to take actions,
• Help the RSM to do some internal arrangement and office issues, investigate the sales data and do the analysis to help RSM to make regional market decisions,
• Help to organize and coordinate the marketing activities and e-promotion under the instruction of RSM,

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Chemistry, Medicine or Bioscience, or equivalent experience and knowledge for marketing and sales,
• Excellent knowledge in English, both oral and in writing, other foreign languages or various Chinese dialect skills will be helpful,
• Good knowledge of HPLC and Chromatography and deep understanding of China column business and market situation,
• Good computer skills for reporting and analyzing the sales data,
• Skilled at organizing, prioritizing workflow, and coordinating the work of others,
• Solid experiences in marketing or branding is preferred, experiences in sales is preferred but not a must,
• Team player and strong communication skills, both oral and in writing,
