We have an opening position for an individual who can fulfil the following key role as Fleet manager / Logistic Analyst in Bohus.
Fleet Manager / Logistics Analyst is a part of the function Integrated Supply Chain and responsible for the transport equipment purchase for all PPC European plants, optimizing cost and quality of the fleet. Develop, maintain and monitor Logistics KPIs and logistic sharepoint as well as participate in logistic improvement projects.

Main responsibilities

The main tasks and responsibilities are:
• Align fleet to Business strategy
• Negotiation with Leasing companies
• Contracting and implementation following Akzo standards
• Supplier performance measurement
• Contribute to and develop logistic KPIs for repeatable processes
• Convert data from BW, deviation file into relevant reports
• Maintain and develop Logistic share point
• Cooperate in Logistic Network with Akzo BAs

Job requirements/Candidate profile

• Academic degree in Logistics or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal language skills in Swedish and English
• Ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining a timely and cost effective approach.
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced user in Excel mandatory
• Ability to work across different functions in a complex organization (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics
