Requirements:1.       Set up equipment preventive maintenance plan according to the requirements of SMU standards and monitor its implementation to ensure equipment operating smoothly.
2.       Set up yearly training plan and implement to ensure the safety of equipment and people according to the requirements of SMU standards
3.       Analyze data (failure, cost,  down time, etc.) using appropriate reliability analysis tools to develop & implement improvement plans
4.       Assist purchaser to negotiate price of spare parts with suppliers ensure cost management within budget
5.       Conduct fire system inspection regularly to ensure all the equipment are operating smoothly to meet corporate safety standard.
6.       Support capital projects by setting up process criteria and specifications and provide technical support for process.
7.       Apply engineering theory, practices, and principles to perform physical failure analysis, determine root cause of equipment failures and conduct equipment performance evaluations
8.       Perform failure mode and effect analysis to develop appropriate manufacturing plan to include equipment checks and Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
9.       Define Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) & implement corrective and improvement plans resulting from the RCFA
10.    Drive the site manufactory, meeting the corporate project execution timelines.
11.    Lead continuous improvement process.
12.    Comply with HSE policies. Work safely to make sure own position LTI=0.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

Requirements:1. Major in Engineering Sciences, Mechanical preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years industrial maintenance experience
2. Possess systematic decision making, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
3. Possess Project Management experience
4. Proficiency maintenance systems knowledge and technical equipment knowledge
5. Ability to conduct Project Planning and Organization
6. Ability to take engineering analyses and translate them into the business stake, and clearly communicate the opportunity to line management
7. Fluent in writing and oral English
