AkzoNobel’s global business success is supported by an extensive and outstanding HR organization. Within this context your mission in this role is to support the Global SME OM & People Data Quality for the global monitoring of data quality in myHR and downstream systems.
 

You are part of the global data governance structure for HR data and you work closely with regional Data Quality Coordinators (DQCs) to clean and report on data, and perform mass changes etc. In doing so you actively monitor the data entry/change process and action Data Quality Coordinators when needed.

HR Data Quality Specialist
 

Working from our office in Arnhem, the Netherlands, you lead the HR Data related activities at a global level, ensuring optimal facilitation of the data entry process and improvement of data quality. You also train others in the use of the Data Quality processes and actively monitor the data entry process using reports to verify that DQCs/HR Admins follow the process in a timely manner.
 

This requires you to act as an ambassador who communicates the importance of correct HR data and explains how data is used and protected. Further, you understand and explain to others the main principles behind the HR data structures.
 

At all times you ensure data maintenance process and compliance, and you perform hands-on Data Quality checks.
 

As such, this is a key role for a proactive and dedicated Data Quality Specialist and leader who can interact effectively with colleagues in different countries and with different cultural backgrounds.

Job requirements/Candidate profile
