Responsibility

Purpose:
 

1. To develop team business in China, realize high growth on both volume and margin;
2. To enhance cooperation with key distributors and customers;
3. To expand portfolio of various surfactant and implement promotion in different industries;
4. Support China and SEA sites for product localization.
 

Responsibilities:

0. Maintain and develop current business, and deliver sales result as per required target
1. Identify new market opportunities, develop new customers, manage and successfully deliver projects by closely working with TS&D team
2. Formulate and implement action plans for new business development in discussion with management to penetrate new markets and/or actively grow market share
3. Build and maintain relationships with key distributors to ensure high levels of channel management and information transparency.
4. Collaborate with Sale&Marketing Manager, R&D, technical team, supply & demand chain, IP & regulatory department for the development of new products and applications.
5. Sales routine work for related reporting, presentation, sales forecasting, and updating CRM.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

1. 5+ years commercial experience at surfactant selling to related industries, additional years of experience in technical service role is a plus, good sales development track record
2. Project and distributor management experience
3. Bachelor degree in Chemistry or chemistry engineering
4. Quick learner and good communication skills
5. Good English capability
6. Frequent travel is required
