- Deliver Regional Project Business financial objectives (Sales, CM, Accounts Receivable, CBCM)
- Deliver sales growth through effective project management and channel development including national and regional KA, Dealers & CDC
- Contribute to the design and implementation of the Sales strategy for the sales region
- Establish and maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with Key Project Clients and establish of cooperative partnership with them
- In charge of the project business in planning, budgeting, organization and following up the daily activities. Fast and flexible project organization.
- Collect industry / market information and study to identify new business opportunity
- Cooperate with other function department and offer service/solution to customer.  
- Development of the capability of the sales team and build succession planning

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 6 years in Sales experience, and more than 3 years in Project Business and Area or Province management experience
- People management experience to manage a team of at least 100 employees for more than 3 years
- Strong business and analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Good communication skills, ability to influence multifunctional team without direct reporting relationship to achieve targets.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Good English in written, and spoken is a preference
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoints and Excel
- Willingness to travel
- High motivation and results-orientated
