Build digital / eCommerce capability and develop eCommerce into a key driver of business growth in China and North Asia region.
- Responsible for eCommerce sales target, P&L target and cost budget;
- Develop eCommerce business strategy covering current and future business models;
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability;
- Establish and manage partnership with platforms;
- Collaborate with other functions and channels to make O2O model work efficiently;
- Develop team capability to build a strong and professional eCommerce team;
- Guild digital marketing campaigns and activities to ensure the consistency of brand image, manage the price as well as increase the traffic;
- Link up with big data analysis competence and develop a Micro-marketing program in digital;
- Eventually develop a pan-scope for the whole digital business;
- Potential business size of digital biz is 30% of our total sales.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Minimum of 15 years’  experience, of which 5 or more years (most recent) must be in a proven leadership role with demonstrated commercial success in the Online Commerce space;
- A good understanding of the China E-Commerce market and the ability to leverage key networks and contacts within the Online space;
- Experience with B2C necessary, both in Brand website & Marketplaces;
- Experience with leveraging social and digital marketing and media to drive online business and Brand loyalty;
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and analytics;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin a must;
- Preferred industry backgrounds include Consumer Products,FMCG;
- Track record of stability and performance/results;
- Bachelor degree and MBA preferred.
