Business/Management Support:
- Provides HR partnership & expertise to the designated managers in achieving their functional/ business agenda.
- Supports designated managers in dealing with front line employee issues and the translation of organizational issues to HR initiatives;
- Supports designated managers by ensuring proper implementation and usage of the HR tools (e.g. myHR, incl P&D Dialog, ViewPoint, Academy) and providing insights that help them to take the right decisions;
- Coaches designated managers on People Management Skills and related competencies.
Employee /Labor Relations:
- To be responsible for the ER cases handle which related to HRBP`s responsibility
- Provides advice and support to the line management in managing local labor relations (unions, work councils, or other employee representatives active in the supervised legal entities);
- Manages labor relations by administering union contracts, grievances, arbitration proceedings and contract negotiations, upon requested
- Ensure employment compliances for the assigned site/teams with guidance of AkzoNobel global and local regulations
- Focal point for HR related complaints ("Speak-up Process") in the site/teams
 HR Excellence:
- Actively promotes and champions the functional HR vision & excellence;
- Responsible for the implementation and execution of tactical HR processes and operations;
- The focal point for the all DP HR processes including work with the business  managers to identify the needs; to work with GBS HR and/or COE on the solutions; to make the planning and also on the delivery.
- Participate in the recruitment process and the interview for the certain levels.
- Assist business manager to implement the plan of career ladder development for operators, engineers, etc.
- responsible for meeting the given KPIs  (e.g. headcount reports, payroll, cost, HS&E reports);
- Champion of the HR Service Delivery Model within the site; actively drives the implementation and acceptance of the Model in the broader organization
- Actively contributes to the DP China HR team.
- Consistently drive to improve employee engagement at site/team level;
- Supports designated manager /teams with analysis and follow up of ViewPoint survey results;
- Implements DP China engagement initiatives in site/teams.
 Change management
- Implement change initiatives and supports employees during organizational restructuring or culture changes via using change management knowledge and tools.
- Coordination of redundancy terms during restructuring programs in close cooperation with CoEs & GBS HR within the global framework and guidelines.
- Be familiar with all the applicable corporate as well as site policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct and HSE standards and acting in compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Fluent English written and communication;

- 8+ years of relevant experience in HR generalist or Business Partner role in the certain business scale of MNC;
