Responsibility

- Translates along with the HR BP the strategic plan into a day to day HR plan, implementation and execution for Cheng Du plant.
- Strengthens proactive people and workforce-related advice and solution within ChengDu site.
- Analyzes both business reports and HR data to translate the information into practical insights and recommendations for HR BP, CoEs and HR Services.
- Supervises and coaches managers within Cheng Du plant in People Management Skills and related competencies
- Focus on performance and talent development within their own area and consistently improve capabilities and engagement in the team.
- Help HR BP on the implementation of various local and/or functional change projects and ensures they are appropriately resourced, structured and governed.
- Manages local labor relations (unions, work counsels) and supports local managers in dealing with front line employee issues.
- Support DP HR team to ensure HR related processes & operations smoothly
- Ad hoc support at request

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Education: degree in Human Resources, legal or other related areas
- Length of service: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in either HR or within a HR supporting function preferably in a multinational business environment
- Geographic and functional experience: HR generalist experience, preferably in the local country
- Familiar with local labor related law and regulations, skillful in employee relationship cases
- Strength in communication and cooperation.
