Responsibility

- Provide secretarial assistance to Director of GBS and GPO function, under the supervision of Executive Assistant
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and calendars
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and tele-conference
- Manage travel arrangements, apply business visa and assist reimbursement of travel cost
- Internal & external communication activities support
- Implement and maintain various office systems
- Liaise with internal and external contacts
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Other assignment in case of necessity.

Job requirements/Candidate profile

- Educational Level:
      College Degree or above, preferably in administration management or Secretaria l
- Working Experience:
      1-3 years working experience in similar position in MNC
- Language Skills:
      Good command of both spoken and written English
- Special Requirements / Skills:
        In-depth knowledge of office procedures and administration management;
        Strong multi-task ability to follow-through and attention to details;
        Planning, organizing and time management;
        Excellent problem solving skill;
        Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure;
        An enthusiastic and motivated team player, with good communication skills;
        Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, especially Power Point.
